Yas South Development project is a mixed-use community with total area of 1 million square metres that will combine three distinct areas: Yas Bay, a vibrant public waterfront and entertainment district.

SD Re-modeling, Revision or Clean-up fort the Arena.
Complete Files Re-Modelling when indicated.
Models Revision & Clean-up.

Racing Club Stadium

Focus: Laser Scanning / Scan to BIM

Challenges: 

The challenge was to scan one of the most important stadiums in the region, with dimensions exceeding 344 x 230 feet and a capacity of over 50,000 spectators, convert it to BIM, and have it fully modeled to facilitate future renovations.

Scope of Work:
LIDAR survey.
Post-processing.
Generation of a 3D BIM model from the point cloud (Scan to BIM) with LOD 200 for architecture and structures.
Results:
Set of 2D plans.
3D BIM Revit model.
Black-and-white point cloud in .rsc and .rcp formats compatible with Autodesk software.
